Service Description

Hancock James' Check-Ins are designed for those looking for guidance in their wellness goals, perfect for perspective, new or current clients to assess or reassess nutritional, fitness or life goals. * Perspective clients: will discuss their desired outcomes and resources available to meet them, including but not limited to, KingHancock.com services. New clients: will discuss their current behaviors, desired outcomes and start their transformation journey. Current clients: will reassess adherence, discuss goals and ensure progress and timetables are on track.


Cancellation Policy

Virtual and In-Person Sessions: Sessions can be canceled within 8 hours of the session start time, with no impact. Sessions canceled under the 8 hour window, must be rescheduled within 48 hours or the client forfeits that session. Cases related to emergency, work or children are naturally handled on a case by case basis. IGNITE! Challenge: IGNITE Challenge packages are paid in full. IGNITE! payment plans must be completed for full cycle length if a cancellation is not submitted before the cancellation deadline. Cancelation deadline: Cancellation and refund request must take place no later than 3 days prior to the start date of the challenge cycle (or 5 days prior to the billing cycle renewal date of session packages) for processing. Partial refunds may be considered on a case by case basis.
